  1. Send Your Agenda and Meeting Minutes Out Prior to the Meeting and Ask Your Team Members to Make Corrections Via Email Instead of During Your Meeting Time.
  2. Utilize a Social Contract for Your Team to Avoid Everything from Lateness to Missed Meetings to Doing Other Work In Your Meeting – Teams Need This More Than Ever!
  3. Only Report What Was Done From the Last Meeting They Reported to Avoid Repeated Recompilations of Previous Meetings Reports.
  4. No Off-Agenda Items Should Be Brought Into the Meeting Conversation Unless There is Time at the End of the Meeting.
  5. VA Team is Not a Working Group So Team Members Need to Form Sub-Teams to Perform the Project Work Outside the VA Team/Committee Meetings.
  6. Back Into Your Agenda Items with Timelines to Ensure There is Enough Time to Fit All of Your Agenda Items in with the Allotted Meeting Time – E.g. 10 Projects to Be Reported at 5 Minutes Each – Report=50 Minutes.
