- VA Team is Not a Working Group So Team Members Need to Form Sub-Teams to Perform the Project Work Outside the VA Team/Committee Meetings.
- Back Into Your Agenda Items with Timelines to Ensure There is Enough Time to Fit All of Your Agenda Items in with the Allotted Meeting Time – E.g. 10 Projects to Be Reported at 5 Minutes Each – Report=50 Minutes.
